Registrations and ticketing can be one of the most tedious processes when it comes to event planning and management. With the entire process being shifted online, event planners now have to look into multiple aspects of event registrations and ticketing from a whole new perspective, the digital perspective. Talking about the digital aspects of event registration and ticketing, one of the biggest hassles in the online ticketing process is managing attendee payments. In the case of event ticketing, especially, there are a lot of factors that are to be taken care of. Especially in the case of global and large-scale events where a lot of attendee payments are to be managed, often in different currencies.

Hubilo’s recent integration with one of the most efficient online payment systems out there i.e. Stripe tackles this problem.

We, at Hubilo, strive to constantly improve our solutions and features in order to maximize value and convenience for event professionals from multiple facets of the industry. Our event registration and ticketing solution aids a hassle-free event registration process, ticketing and invoicing.

Integrating Stripe payment with our all-new event ticketing feature helps planners in easy and efficient management of global payments.

Here are a few benefits of this feature:

1. Enabling easy online payment

With Stripe, digital payments become extremely easy and convenient to manage. Payments are deposited directly into the organizer’s account that is linked with Stripe with no additional mess of third party involvement.

2. Payments in multiple currencies

Stripe allows payments in more than 135 global currencies. This is a major plus in terms of international events with attendees from all around the world. Attendees can pay the entire ticket amount in their preferred currency.

3. Easy settlement of payments

With Stripe, attendees can pay the ticket amount in their national currency which will then be deposited into the organizer’s account in one of the thirteen available currencies.

Step 6: Select the preferred settlement currency

You’re all set to go!

Event organizers must keep in mind that they must have a global bank account in order to create their Stripe account. Your bank must accept the settlement currency option that you choose.

For e.g., if you choose to deposit the ticketing amount post-conversion into USD, your bank must accept USD payments for the transaction to go through.

Once the event organizer’s Stripe account is all set up and linked they simply need to configure a couple of features for smooth transactions in more than 135 currencies across the globe. Stripe integration also helps them track payments easily and manage the entire data as well.

This is just one of our major steps in taking the module to a global level, helping planners create bigger and better events by connecting people from all over the world without the additional hassle.
