1. Hubilo Broadcast Studio

The cat’s finally out of the bag. Yes, you heard that right! Introducing you to our in-house broadcasting studio, that lets you stream directly through Hubilo.

Keep your speakers and host within the virtual event platform and avoid the hassle of connecting with an external vendor for streaming sessions. Also, give full control to the host to manage speakers and session streaming. Additionally, allow your speakers to rehearse and privately interact with each other and the host, in an online waiting room.

While this update has no impact on the UX from the attendees’ end, from the host and speaker point-of-view, it really makes the session streaming process seamless. Here’s how:

Speaker Perspective –

  • Join session from event community
  • Join session via a private link
  • Check audio/video/microphone connectivity
  • Interact privately with host and fellow speakers via a panel chat tab
  • Engage with attendees via Q&A and chat
  • Screen share
  • View session timer

Host Perspective

  • Join session from event community
  • Check audio/video/microphone connectivity before entering studio
  • Manage speaker panel in waiting room
  • Control the live stream
  • Manage background and layout of stream
  • Screen share
  • Invite speakers via a private link
  • Pin speakers to spotlight view
  • Remove speakers from the screen and the studio
  • Interact privately with speakers via a panel chat tab
  • Engage with attendees via Q&A, polls and chat
  • See the attendee view
  • View session timer

2. Hubilo + Salesforce Integration

There is no doubt that Salesforce has proven itself to be an effective platform when it comes to data storage, management, and communication. This is why a large number of companies, across the world, rely on it immensely.

So, we worked out a way for you to enjoy the comfort and familiarity with the tool by integrating it with Hubilo’s virtual event platform.

What can I achieve with the Hubilo-Salesforce integration, you may ask? Well, now you can sync your registration data from Hubilo, directly to your Salesforce account, on the fly, and manage your event leads with ease.

The set-up process is super simple. In a matter of minutes and without a single line of code, you can map the data fields and automatically send information from Hubilo to Salesforce.

3. Single Sign-on (SSO) Integration

Greater security and compliance is something that all organizations hosting virtual events strive for.

To address this need, we have developed a functionality that will allow you to choose the level of authentication required on an event-by-event basis.

Apart from the option of social and email logins, we have now incorporated SSO as well.

This means that you can enable SSO for login authentication, to centralize and simplify the user experience, while controlling the access to your events.

In fact, you can use Google SSO, SAML, ADFS, Azure, SAML, onelogin, okta, vmware, or OpenID based SSO authentication to make sure that only people from your organization can join the virtual meeting or event.

The set-up process is seamless and just involves 4 steps:

  1. Visit the Integrations Tab in the Organizer Dashboard and select Single Sign-on (SSO).
  2. Mention your organization and domain Hubilo-SSO Integration name.
  3. Select your identity provider, such as Google, SAML or ADFS, and enable the integration.
  4. Configure SSO by turning on the SSO toggle in the Event section of the dashboard. (You also have the option to turn off the attendee SSO for a specific event.)
